Susan Watt – Chair
Susan is the Chief Executive of the national youth volunteering organisation ProjectScotland. A graduate of Edinburgh University, Susan has spent much of her career in the private sector in various business development roles, latterly as Head of Sales Operations and Development with Scottish Provident. Susan is a Fellow of the RSA and also sits on the Advisory Board of the University of Edinburgh’s Talbot Rice Gallery.
Euan MacLean – Treasurer
Euan has worked as a senior manager in the charity sector since 2008, and is currently Head of Finance at Penumbra, a mental health charity working to support people across Scotland. A qualified accountant, prior to joining the charity sector, Euan spent seven years at the Royal Bank of Scotland in Edinburgh and seven years at the Royal Mail. After working for a year on secondment from RBS working for The Prince’s Trust in an operational role at their Scottish headquarters, he continues to volunteer for them, and is a previous board member of Venture Scotland.
Angus Mackenzie – lead on Service Development
Angus has worked in service delivery for over 20 years, and has managed services for vulnerable people for 12 years. He has lead on developing and delivering support services for a range of different client groups, including an employability service for women living with mental health problems – a service he set up and delivered in partnership with WOW while working as an Area Manager for Scottish mental health charity Penumbra. Angus is currently the Mental Health Adviser at Edinburgh Napier University.
Bonnie Clarke – lead on Employer Engagement and Branding
Bonnie has worked in recruitment for over 15 years and is currently Director for Scotland for Badenoch & Clark. A graduate in the Psychology of Human Communication and French, she is passionate about personal and team development. Bonnie is a member of the Women’s Enterprise Policy Group, a national body which aims to raise awareness within central government of the economic benefits of supporting women entrepreneurs. She is also a Director of Women’s Enterprise Scotland and a panel member for Fair Comment, a business advice and guidance panel for women who want to grow or start a business.
